Publisher's Synopsis
The cars are at the beach watching Ratty Patty surf. She loves catching the waves even more than she loves burning rubber. The salt water's making her all rusty, but Patty doesn't care! And it's on a trip to get patched up at the scrapyard where she finds an old propeller and comes up with a plan to become a super surfer.
