Excerpt from Dorset Parish Registers, 1912, Vol. 6: Marriages
In this, the sixth volume of the Dorsetshire series, are given the marriage registers of thirteen parishes, six of which it will be seen date from the sixteenth century, the same number from the seventeenth century, whilst one does not commence until the eighteenth century. In all the records of fifty Dorsetshire Marriage Registers have now been issued in this series, more than a fifth of the total number.
