That the members of the Liverpool Bio1ogieal Society desire to place on record the loss the Society has sustained by the death of Mr. Joseph Lomas, and their high appreciation of the work accomplished by him in extending knowledge, especially in Biology and Geology, and of the interest he has taken in the work of the Society as President, Member of 001111011 and valued contributor to its 'proceedings. That the _1-[onor11ry Secretary be instructed to send a. Copy of this resolution to Mrs. Lomas, together with 1111 expression of the deep sympathy of the Society with her and her family in their bereavement.
