O Lord, dashed in pieces the enemy: Thy wrath con sumed them as stubble: They sank as lead in the mighty waters 'and Moses and all Israel together sang, 'sing ye unto the Lord, for he hath triumphed glori ously the horse and his rider he hath thrown into the sea even that horse and the rider thereon, who stand _ih divine revelation, as figures of the rider on the pale horse, with hell following close behind, in the chariot of death.
