The general thought upon which I propose to dwell as sug gested by this event is, t/w value that belongs to men of omi nent gifts and attainments and Me just estimation in w/tz'c/t t/wg/ are entitled to lo lwld. I wish to present some reasons why we should hold such men in esteem and accord to their memories some tribute of special regard. \'ve shall be led hereby into a train of meditations to which the providence of God appears naturally to invite us at the present time.
