Im zweiten Kapitel veröffentliche ich langere d104stellen aus dem unedierten Roman de Silence, dessen Photographien mit der Erlaubnis der Publikation ich im Juli 1914 aus England bekam! Ich habe bloß ein paar Anmerkungen zur Erleichterung der Lektüre beigefügt, da der ausführliche Kommentar meiner Ausgabe vorbehalten bleiben mußte.
Die Anlagen sind über das Maß des unterzubringenden herausgewachsene Anmerkungen.
