On November 13, 1928, and November 14. 1928, the boards of supervisors of Modoc and Lassen counties, respectively, executed agree ments with the State Division of Water Rights providing for a com prehensive survey for the purpose of determining various factors involved in the conservation of the ?ood waters of Pit River and its tributaries originating in the counties of Modoc and Lassen, State of California by the Division in consideration of the continuation of the above mentioned annual appropriations by the counties for a period of three years. Copies of the agreements are submitted as Appendices A and B to this bulletin.
