Lord will come and give the church to others, that those who have perverted the truths and goods of the church will perish by falses and evils of every kind, 18 - 30.

That the Lord appeared in the midst of his divine truth, which 18 the Word, 1 - 4; that the doctrine of the church from the Word not being understood, was impure, 5 - 8; it is predicted that all understanding of the Word would perish, so that it would no longer be known what is truth and good in the church, 9 - 13.
