The imprint to (2) has "Orwin, for Thomas Man, and Iohn Porter"; (3) has "printed by Felix Kingston, for Iohn Porter, and Ralph Iackson"; (4) has "printed by Felix Kingston, for Ralph Iackson and Hugh Burwell." Each was previously published separately.
The last leaf is blank.
"A graine of mustard-seed" (1597) identified as part of STC 19712 by STC (2nd ed.) is lacking from item at reel 260:5. It appears bound with STC 19761 at reel 260:6, and as STC 19724.6 on reel 1638.
