On the side, there are blank lines to list a few priorities or goals that you want to be sure to achieve on that day. Under that is a longer section of blank lines for a to do list, cross off things as you do them, carry over to the next day those that don't get done. Next, at the bottom is a section to write in one or more self care activities (exercise, meditation, meet a friend, see a movie, massage). This is the most important, as you can't function well in the other areas of your life if you don't take care of yourself first. This planner notebook is soft cover and 180 pages.
