In comparison, the Lincoln Cathedral in the United Kingdom lost the top spot to the St. Mary's Church in Germany in 1549. The Great Pyramid of Giza was also the subject of the Djedi Project, an international team of Egyptologists and a robotic explorer. The Djedi Project investigated the mysterious shafts found in the Queen's chamber of the Great Pyramid. The project is named for the Ancient Egyptian magician Djedi.
