Why 21 days? This is usually the minimum amount of time required to make a new daily practice become a habit. After it is a habit, you are more likely to stay on it. and because the Bulletproof Keto Diet is not really a diet at all but a healthy lifestyle change that you will keep for life, making it a habit as soon as possible is paramount to your success. In this workbook you will find: - a Starting Weight and Measurements Page followed by a "before" photo placeholder page where you can post a photo of yourself before starting keto. You will refer back to this when you post an "after" photo at the end of 21 days.- Next comes a Questions to Ask Yourself page with 4 questions that must be honestly answered before starting keto.- After that starts the Days 1-7 Section with a Meal Planner page for the week, 2 Shopping List pages: one with item placeholders; the other blank to fill in as you like. - Next in the Section are two trackers: Habit and Exercise. The Habit one has places to write in 10 habits, track them by each day of that week with room to the right to note the reward you gave yourself for each habit. Below that is a Mood Tracker where you can select 1 of 5 emojis that represent your mood each day of that week and why you think you were in that mood.- For the Exercise Tracker, there are blocks for each day of the week where you can journal your exercise each day, choose cardio or weights and log in the number of calories burned each day.- Following these 2 trackers is a Food Tracker for each day of the week. Track the calories, fiber, net carbs and the 3 macronutrients of Fat, Protein and Carbs for each meal. There is also a place to note if you are in ketosis or not and intermediate fasting times.- After each Daily Food Tracker is a "How'd I Do?"page to journal any thoughts you may have in regard to your keto dieting for that day.Each of the other 2 weeks of the 21-day keto diet follow the same pattern as Week 1. At the end of 21 days, there is a page to paste in an "After" photo to compare with the photo you took before you started.
