Are You Called to Leadership in the Social Sector? There are significant influences causing current and future leaders to undervalue the idea of being "called" to serve society. People are pushed to live and work outside their "calling." Increasingly too we are disappointed with the "courage" of our leaders in every sector of society to stay true to their convictions.
