Izzy Franklin, widow and retiree, has created a comfy life on her farm. Her faithful dog Oscar, stray barn cat, and two aging horses keep her happy and content. But her tranquility is disrupted when her oldest friend Merle begs for her help tracking down a con artist she met on an online senior dating site. Karl Hendricks, aka, Krappy Karl, has swindled Merle out of thousands, and now Merle is pressuring Izzy to go undercover online to flush out the grifter.
Unfortunately, by simply tweaking Merle's profile, Izzy seems to only attract philanderers, and she's thrust into the racy side of online dating, meeting men who have far more in mind than companionship.
Izzy is grateful to have her besties, Milly and Foxy, helping her in the hunt, and the ladies from her book club cheering her on, but she's alone and out of her element as a faux femme fatale. She never anticipated real danger or that her friendship with Gus, that could possibly turn into more, would be threatened. She had every right to be reluctant from the start! But, Izzy is in too deep now and must see this spy mission through. Other victims, past and future, are counting on her.
