Publisher's Synopsis
Adelaide is just a normal teen. Except that she has been training to fight demons her whole life. The Society is a city of Nephilim, tasked with the burden of defending the human world from demons. It also the place Adelaide calls home. Her world is thrown upside down when she discovers the secrets of The Society and finds herself in an age old war between The Guardians and The Fallen. Adelaide follows an ever darkening path, and must decide if she is willing to make the ultimate sacrifice to put an end to the angels' war.
