Based on the traditional game of bingo, the Diversity Bingo game is a great addition to any type of diversity training program. It′s a fun, lighthearted way to help individuals recognize the complexities involved in determining cultural perceptions and assumptions. Participants also become aware of how they are seen or categorized by others. Perhaps most important, the awareness that results from playing the game will have a positive impact on an organization′s culture.
The Diversity Bingo Trainer′s Package includes a package of bingo cards and a trainer′s manual that gives an overview of the game, instructions on how to apply it to small or large groups, and an outline for debriefing each session. The pack of 50 Bingo Cards can also be purchased separately. Master overheads and handouts are included, as well as other activities and uses for the bingo card.
