Part 1 explains how to make parachute games interesting and safe for participants including: how parachute games promote co-operation among participants; how the games are adaptable for any level of fitness and ability; how to read play sessions, from selecting the playing field and teams to keeping things enjoyable; how to ensure physical and emotional safety throughout the session; and how to purchase, repair, clean and store the parachute. Part 2 describes 60 games for participants, divided into three activity levels - low, moderate and high.
