Publisher's Synopsis
Diva-turned-detective Irene Adler engages in a battle of wits with Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson. Irene and her confidante Nell Huxleigh run into a stranger suffering from poisoning who turns out to be Quentin Stanhope, who is acquainted with both Nell and Watson. When they take him home, an attempt is made on his life, and he vanishes.
