Publisher's Synopsis
It is 1815 and Britain is at war with France. Michael Fitton RN, relieved of his command for marrying without Admiralty permission, is forced to take steps to provide for his wife's imminent confinement. He breaks regulations to command a ship, but discovers it contains guns for Napoleon.
