Publisher's Synopsis
While orbiting the planet Lessenar the crew of the Enterprise becomes entangled in a web of treachery. When an alien Sli, a race with the power to control human emotions, is killed, Worf is accused and the crew of the Enterprise is pummelled by an emotional onslaught by the surviving Sli.
