Fer my part I state exactly the contrary: sine-korean is essentially based on the old Northern Chinese of the Suei and early T'ang (and therefore one of our most precious documents for the interpretation of the Ts'ie yum), with certain and very few traits which might suggest a Wu influence. This statement I am ready to prove by the following survey of the conformity between Sine Kerean on the one hand and the Kan-en (based on the North Chinese of the 7th C.) and the already established facts concerning the Ts'ie y�n on the other.
