Mr. Rucker. Mr. Speaker, it becomes my painful duty to announce to the House the death of our colleague, Hon. Charles F. Booher, of the fourth district of Missouri, who died this morning at At a suitable time I shall ask the House to set aside a day at which proper exercises can be held commemorative of his life and public services. For the present I offer the following resolution and ask for its adoption. The speaker. The Clerk will report the resolution. The Clerk read as follows: Resolved, That the House has heard with profound sorrow of the death of Hon. Charles F. Booher, a Representative from the State of Missouri. Resolved, That a committee of 15 Members of the House, with such Members of the Senate as may be joined, be appointed to attend the funeral.
