After completing her medical studies and training, she found time to allow her creative side to blossom. It began when she was planning her Dad's 60th birthday party. She had wanted an elaborate three-tiered cake that incorporated details from his life. However, every bakery she visited could not quite produce what she envisioned or was too costly. That's when she decided to learn how to make and decorate cakes herself.
