Publisher's Synopsis
Shorty and his family live on a run-down housing estate in the East End and money is a problem. Then Shorty and his friend Warby find a quarter of a million pounds in a derelict house. Warby would love to own a circus and Shorty wants the money for hundreds of things, but can they keep it?
