Passports to Literacy: Sentences 1 is the first of four books for KS2/P4-7 which present a structured introduction to grammar and punctuation through investigation of language use in texts. In conjunction with Passports: Texts and Words, they provide a valuable teaching resource for teaching at text, sentence and word-level. Equally, Sentences 1-4 can be used independently as part of the broader English curriculum. The book includes lesson plans, photocopiable worksheets, recycling activities and teacher-friendly language reference notes.
