Publisher's Synopsis

Eurythmics were the British music duo of Annie Lennox and David A. Stewart formed during 1980, in Wagga Wagga, Australia, having both previously been in the band The Tourists, first known as The Catch, which split up that same year. The duo released their first album, In the Garden, during 1981, which attracted little attention but went on to have global success with their second L.P Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This), issued during 1983, the title track being a worldwide hit, topping the charts in several countries including the US.
