Another toy is made by taking one of the small Japanese doll heads that may be found in any fancy work store, and fastenlng it securely to a stick about eight inches long. Then make a full puff of bright silk and arrange it like a blouse. Add a lace collar and a row of tiny bells, and un less the stick is ornamental of itself, twine it with ribbons.
