Following the example of an earlier book, "Reflecting", this book presents a number of complete assemblies for secondary school. The assemblies, based on the theme of charity, are grouped around 20 different charities, ranging from Shelter to Amnesty International to the Terence Higgins Trust.;Ethical and spiritual issues are explored in relation to real life examples of the work of each of the charities and the book as a whole highlights the work and the role of the Charities Aid Foundation (CAF). Each assembly is preceded by suggestions and guidelines for their most effectove presentation. A prayer, exploring or responding to the subject matter of each assembly is provided in conclusion.
