Am. IV. Meetings - The regular meetings of the association shall be held once a year, the time and place being decided upon at the previous meeting.
Am. V. Changing the Constitution - The constitution of the society mav be amended, altered or repealed by a two-thirds vote of the members present at any regular meeting.
