Oh November 30, 1973, the Economic Research Service (ers) of the u.s. Department of Agriculture Sponsored a seminar of Government and university specialists to discuss the longer term prospects for exports of agricultural commodities to the ussr. This report contains the four papers presented at the seminar. These papers should be of interest to those concerned with the forces likely to have an important impact on future developments in American agriculture and our foreign economic relations, especially trade in agricultural commodities.
