Soviet union: Children under 2 years of age in Hoscow, and apparently in other urban centers, are entitled to a ration of one - half liter of whole milk per day. Children between 2 and h are entitled to one-half liter of malted milk per day, and those between the a'es of h and 6 are entitled to one - fourth liter of malted milk per day. Milk is not rationed to others, although at times it is obtaina3le in limited quantities in hospitals and in closed restaurants serving particular categories of officials and workers.
