L'�glise de Fronville est des plus anciennes. Selon mon appr�ciation, elle date au moins du xie_ si�cle. Cet �difice, tr�s-simple, orient�, se compose d'une seule nef �clair�e par huit fen�tres (quatre de chaque c�t�) romanes tr�s-�troites et tr�s-�lev�es; les embrasures, �cart�es, a l'int�rieur, de 60 degr�s au moins, laissent p�n�trer dans le temple un jour tr�s - doux et tr�s - harmonieux.
