If the experiments are made as they ought to be, I truft the appearances produced, will determine the direction of the elee'cric ef?u via to be from what is called a negatively electrified conductor; and, if I have erred in my obfervations and remarks, I (hall be obliged to any eleetrician, who will point out the errors to me.
