These jurors who had served in the Circuit Court, within the past two years, were discharged.
On motion of District Attorney D. T. Corbin, Solomon L. Hogs, Esq.. Was admitted as associate counsel, it appearing of record that he had been admitted to practice in all the courts of this State.
