D1811 16223. William, dam born at Dover 14 Oct. 1653, died there (at Back River) 20 Mar. 1718. He married at Dover, in 1680, mar tha' He resided on the east side Of Back River on land that was granted to his father by the town. His burial ground can still be Seen there on the bank of the river.
