Publisher's Synopsis
Excerpt from Food Distribution Order, Vol. 79: Sept. 7, 1943-Apr. 5, 1944
Sales quotas on ?uid milk remain at 100 percent, but as quotas on cream and byproducts are transferable to ?uid milk, in most cases dealers may distribute their increased allotment of milk in ?uid milk, cream, or byproducts, according to local demand.
These adjustments in milk conserva tion quotas were made in anticipation of a heavier-than-usual production of milk during May and June. More milk nor mally is produced during these 2 months than during other months of the year, but this year an even greater than nor mal percentage of total annual milk out put is expected to be concentrated during these 2 months.
