Continental European markets were irr egu lar during the week ended March 15 due to the financial situation in the United states, according to radioed information received fro. Agricultural Attache steere at Berlin Holland and Belgan markets were temporarily upset but-prices were slightly higher. During the first part of the week the French market was firmer but Was weal-sr and dull later in the week. The italian markets continued weak.
