Egg prices are expected to average below year earlier levels this Spring. Prices will rise seas'onally in the summer and fall but average well below the high. Levels of 1973. Wholesale prices weakened from 73 cents per dozen in early February to 57 cents in late March. And following Easter, eggs dipped to 47 cents on April 18.
