These Facts, yith a host of others of great interest and importance, are fully recorded in the following pages. The plan of this year-book is the same as that of its predecessors. The last volume ended with the 15th of October, 1877. This one begins with that date, and is brought down to the 15th of October, 1878. The work, we are certain, will be found not to have in any way fallen OR in value, and we now place it, with a lively feeling of gratitude for so long continued support, in the hands of the public.
