The great object of the series, to which this, as a text book, belongs, - namely, in connection with the full Harmony and Exposition, and the Questions on the Gospel History, -is two-fold: first, a more thorough study of the contents of the four Gospels, as a connected history and, secondly, the introduction of greater system into the instruction of the different grades of scholars in Sunday Schools. In order to effect these results the most perfectly, it is recommended that teachers and pupils pursue the following plan in studying these volumes.
