Publisher's Synopsis
In 1861, Clancy St John left the army to raise the Indian boy, Soldado, he had rescued from certain death. Now a leader of his people, Soldado discovers an Indian plot to kill his father. He must risk both army reprisals and Apache anger to save St John.
