This calendar features 14 of the 21 full colour paintings from the abridged picture book, illustrated by Christian Birmingham, whose rich pastel and delicate pencil illustrations have exquisitely captured C S Lewis's combination of magical fantasy and realism.
Favourite scenes such as Lucy meeting Mr Tumnus, Edmund eating Turkish Delight in the White Witch's sledge, Aslan bringing statues back to life and Father Christmas giving the children their presents are featured.
The 2000 calendar was a success so hopefully this will become an annual publication.
