Publisher's Synopsis
Kate's visiting a film set in Manhattan - where she's swept off her feet by movie actor Matt Kemp. Now he wants her to give everything up to stay with him. News gets back to Carter who embarks on a rebound relationship. But the consolation he seeks in new girlfriend Beth's kisses soon backfires. He wants to get out, but Beth says she's being stalked and needs his help. Now his own life is in danger too. But without Kate, Carter doesn't even seem to care...
