Looking back at my personal experiences, some of which I now find somewhat very hilarious, until I looked inwards and applied some of the secrets described in this book, I did not begin to have a better life nor relief.

Also, several Bible-based narratives are used to provide spiritual clues and support to further drive home the points that I bring up and discuss in this book. The greatest damage anyone can do in life is to offend oneself through a lack of self-effort; that's why you need to pay attention to every word that you will come across in this book.
