21-DAY FASTING REPORT 21-DAY FASTING FROM CONDUCTED ACCORDING TO MALACHÓW According to Malachów, I started the practice of cleansing fasts in 2009 and continued in 2011 and 2012. The first fasting lasted 14 days, the second 12 (interrupted due to kidney blockage in the ureter and the need for surgery). The last one lasted 21 days and this is described in detail in this article. I conducted them all at the beginning of the summer, during Peter's fast, practiced in the Orthodox Church. First, I chose this period intuitively, then it was confirmed to me by a friend who conducted 28-day fasting this year, using the instructions found at Malachów. I must mention that St. Peter's fast is something other than a healing hunger strike, however, the date of this fast is considered favorable because it is synchronized with the cycles of nature and the arrangement of the zodiac. The original motive for taking my first fasting in 2009 was a medical diagnosis of an esophageal hernia and a strong hyperacid. In the gastrologist's opinion, the disease was incurable and sentenced me to taking medication permanently. My stomach condition was terrible, only chemical inhibition of gastric secretion helped. My weight was up to 100 kg, with a height of 176 cm and a slim body constitution. It sounds like the slogan of hypnotic marketing straight from the "esoteric sphere of business," but let's not be discouraged prematurely. Intuition, as to the effectiveness of combating this condition with medical hunger, turned out to be accurate in my case. I cured myself of both diseases, or at least all my symptoms stopped. I can eat any type of food, including sweets or herrings, which I have previously excluded. I currently weigh 77 kg. Malachov's thesis that fasting is perhaps the only non-invasive process that causes fat cells to die, not just shrink them. On average, the return to normalized weight after fasting occurred at a level about 5-8 kg lower than before fasting. The yo-yo effect did not occur. Other benefits are also noteworthy: increased joint flexibility, resolution of discopathy, improved thinking associated with increased body hydration, improved concentration, and reduced hemorrhoidal discomfort. In fasting and now I have a much lower demand for sleep. My attitude to stressful situations has changed, ergo - my stress resistance has increased, my emotional instability has decreased, I have achieved greater peace and distance from reality and people with egotic behavior.
