Congratulations. You have taken the first step in turning your intentions into your new reality! The first step in setting goals is dreaming about what you want to create. This can be a daunting process if you are starting with words, facts, and figures. Sometimes you need to get out of your head and think of the amazing things that you can create. You need triggers. As they say, "a picture tells a thousand words." This workbook encourages you to grab a magazine or jump onto your favorite social media platform - Pinterest, Instagram, or even Google, and start seeking images that resonate with you. I know this is hard in a paperless society, but next, hook your device onto a printer and actually print the images. Cut them out. Make them pretty. Next, get out tape or a glue stick and attach them to the appropriate spots in the book. I created my first Vision Board Planner and Workbook in 2018, and have used it daily to transform my reality and am teaching my 10-year-old daughter these valuable skills too. This planner includes sections on travel, lifestyle, friends & Family, relationships, health & wellness, hobbies, goals, finances, and focus areas. The next section is an "Old-School" planner, complete with daily and monthly sections so that you can keep track of your to-do lists and appointments.By working methodically through the planner and workbook, you will keep your conscious and subconscious mind attuned to what you want in life rather than what you don't want. This is the key to the manifestation of your desires rather than your fears. By the end of the year, the workbook should be tattered and torn with all of the use that you will get out of it, but you will have a great story to tell on how you turned your dreams and desires into a reality.
