Publisher's Synopsis

The Brains Chemistry: my own brain chemistry is what began the creation of my series of Medical Calendar Journals. Back in 2013, absolutely every memory of my thoughts seemed to get lost. Things were happening that I knew I needed to tell my doctors about but once I visited my doctors, I'd forget. It grew to the point I needed to write everything down to remember to tell the doctor. All sort of things can cause memory loss and that includes Sleep apnea, strokes, medications, stress, anxiety, depression, infection, head injuries, tumors, substance abuse, alzheimer, and a ton of other issues. My problems turned out to be brain Lesions, thirteen of them. I couldn't think a wink without forgetting, especially my medication intake times. I designed and created this series of Medical Calendar Journals as a way for me myself, to keep up with my records on a daily basis. As a way to keep track of everything, I felt doctors should know about since my last visits, and for storing knowledge that I may need in the future. As a perfect example, I underwent a surgery back in August of 2014. In 2017, I needed that same operation again but I'd forgotten where the operation took place and what doctor performed it. I found that knowledge stored in my 2014 Medical Calendar Journal. This Medical Calendar Journal is not just about memory loss; it's about fingertip record keeping. Maybe it's you yourself that needs one or a parent or a grandparent or a friend. The point is, is this; even without experiencing memory losses or all of the above, this series of Medical Calendar Journals stands out in a world all of its own!
