40 year old Rick Mo Dee narrates the story of his life to the reader: born poor and with an abusive father; a friendless and gloomy childhood; addicted since teenage to drugs and alcohol; suffering LSD and marijuana psychosis at 19 and diagnosed paranoid schizophrenic; and dwindling along in a hellish adulthood (yet how many lives hadn't been ultimately hellish, when you get down to it? one can wonder). Indeed, his closest and only friends came to be his old boss from his teenage job and his wonderful cat Zeusy. He was 39 in 2012, the year his cat died and when he was painfully rejected by a woman he desired more than any other. December 21, 2012 loomed in sight, along with all the hype. Rick wondered what things would be like after "the end of the world," if anything would change for him. Living into 2013, his open mind and patient research sees him at the doorway to the 5th dimension, where Christ becomes omnipresent in a mass second coming-and he believes this is so for all of us now, in 2012 and Beyond.
