The 2011 Enchanting New Mexico Calendar showcases the art of two celebrated painters, Santa Fe–based Albert Handell and Tom Perkinson of Corrales, New Mexico. Both are acclaimed for their visual interpretations of the spectacular New Mexico landscape, yet they work in distinctive mediums and styles. Handell is well known for his paintings in both oil and pastel, while Perkinson’s landscapes are primarily in watercolor.
