Almost immediately, he came across Howard Gardner's Multiple Intelligences Theory through an online course from Harvard Graduate School of Education. This opened up many possibilities for him in the Instructional Design space, helping him co-develop the Story Based Learning (StoBL) methodology when he was with Tata Interactive Systems (now MPS Interactive Systems) and envision many innovative learning solutions when he moved to Cognizant. Chaitanya has developed a considerable number of training programs for multinational companies, schools, universities, and international organizations ranging from Qantas and Royal Mail (UK) to Pfizer and AT&T to educational consortiums catering to US School Districts. He was a Learning Consultant in the US for companies such as Procter & Gamble, General Electric, Caterpillar, and was also on deputation to the United Nations (UNFPA) in New York. For the last 8 years, he has been creating immersive learning solutions for Multiple Intelligences Homeschool - an institution that fosters homeschooling and guides parents interested in genuine education. During this time, he has also been homeschooling his two daughters.
